You’ll be immersed in soothing sound waves from instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, and her beautiful overtone singing, creating an atmosphere of adventure and stillness. In addition to this relaxing sound journey, you will also be guided through simple self-massage techniques for your neck and shoulders, as well as gentle upper body stretches – using the coveted New Moon oil.
